- Flavor Profile: The dry leaves have a strong, inviting aroma of berries and vanilla, sometimes noted as a “fake strawberry” scent but still pleasant. When brewed, the aroma develops further into something akin to strawberry shortcake. The tea itself has a mellow, smooth green tea base, with the berry and vanilla notes primarily coming through in the aroma and aftertaste, along with a hint of spice.
- Ingredients: Fine green teas accented with a bouquet of grand berry and vanilla, sometimes including dried strawberry pieces.
- Brewing Suggestions:
- Loose Leaf: Pour 95°C water over 2.5g of tea leaves per cup and infuse for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Teabags: Pour 95°C water over one teabag and infuse for 4 to 5 minutes for one cup.
