This Return and Exchange policy is only be applicable for Eight Days Salon online store only, cannot be exchanged in our outlets.
Notify seller within 3 days after receiving the product and to specify if you would like to make a replacement or a refund.
To report the discrepancy of the products within 3 days receiving the goods.
Please allow at least 7 working days to completed return or refund inquiry.
Return or refund may accept only the following reasons:
If the product does not receive by a buyer; or
If the product delivered is in physical damaged or defective condition (e.g. dented, scratched, shattered); or
If the product is near expiry or expired in 3 months; or
If the product different from the order delivered. Products for return or refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase photo and Consignment note.
Send back the return product within 3 days after confirm with seller.
Buyer shall bear the shipping cost returning item and new exchange item, if the buyer changes their mind.
Seller shall bear the shipping cost return and replace new item, if the seller sending wrong product.
The return only accepts in original conditions, un-used, packing and quantity send back to seller.
The buyer will get a refund if cancellation order, did not receive product or received wrong product.
The buyer will get a replacement if received damaged or faulty product.
Refund settlement counted from the confirmation date 7 workings days.
Full refund / partial refund is based on the condition and final decision by Eight Days Salon
